Santiago de Chile, winter 2011. After a series of calls and erroneous messages to collect the debts of a total stranger named Lorena Ruiz, Olivia plunges into the dark and intricate labyrinth of collections to find the woman and defend her identity, threatened by a system that no longer recognizes her, and also affected by her mother's illness and by the loneliness in which she lives after breaking a relationship of years.
