Sofia (38) and her son Julian (11) are trapped at home in the midst of a global pandemic. Cristián (40), the boy's father, has disappeared while investigating the origin of the virus. The mother and son find a skeleton buried in the backyard, while Julian becomes immersed in the video game “El Bardo,” an apocalyptic fantasy world. The game turns out to be a bridge between worlds, blurring the boundaries between the real and the virtual, life and death.
